Integrated management system according to ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001

ESTECH Industries' integrated management system (IMS) combines the various regulations for quality management (ISO9001), environmental management (ISO 14001) and occupational health and safety (ISO 45001) into a single system. It combines the various standards and their requirements in a uniform structure into one big whole. In doing so, we consistently orient ourselves to the operational procedures - the business processes.

Our IMS functions as a self-developed web portal, through which all relevant information can be accessed permanently and from any location.

The central element is the process map. It shows a complete overview of all business processes. The detailed processes with responsibilities, documents and interfaces are stored for each business process. In addition, the other aspects from the regulations such as the strategy and goal-setting process, risk analyses, audit reports as well as all relevant information and topics from occupational safety and environmental management such as emergency plans, environmental relevance analyses, hazard identification, leaflets and training documents, etc. are also included.

This results in the most important advantages of the integrated management system with a central portal: Every regulation, standard, work instruction, safety provision, etc. is linked to a concrete work process or step and the employees in everyday work. They can use the process map to better recognise their own role in the higher-level processes. Thanks to the IMS, the acceptance and motivation of the employees for the practical implementation of the standards and regulations increases.
