Production technology of the latest generation: Simultaneous machining turning - milling on two turrets
In June 2021, RCM ESTECH AG commissioned an Okuma Multus U4000 turning/milling centre for the complete machining of complex components up to a diameter of 650mm.
The turn-mill centre is designed for the highest demands. Simultaneous and synchronous machining are possible without any problems thanks to the counter spindle and lower tool turret. The powerful spindle drive and generous traverse paths predestine the machine for complex applications up to simultaneous 5-axis machining.
The multitasking machine enables complete machining with minimum changeover times at very high accuracy and performance.
