New factory for ESTECH Industries Angenstein AG
The new factory building is ready for the move on 1 July 2024
ESTECH Industries Angenstein AG will be able to move into its new production and office premises in the new factory building on Industriestrasse in CH-4147 Aesch in July 2024.
The new building is directly adjacent to the existing factory building, which is being renovated at the same time as the new building. The refurbishment includes the complete power supply with transformer, main and sub-distribution boards, LED lighting, compressed air and water supply for the factory halls, new sanitary facilities, cloakrooms and dining and break rooms.
A total of 2150 m2 of production space, around 500 m2 of storage space and 300 m2 of office space are available in the new building and the refurbished existing building. The floor loads are 5 tonnes/m2 and 2 tonnes/m2 respectively. The production halls are equipped with overhead cranes of 7.5 tonnes and 3.2 tonnes.
A photovoltaic system with an output of around 300kWp will be installed on the roof of the new building on an area of around 2000m2. This will cover 25% of the electricity requirements.
