ESTECH Industries Angenstein AG at its new premises
The move to the new factory building is now complete
ESTECH Industries Angenstein AG has moved into its new production and office premises on Industriestrasse in CH-4147 Aesch.
The new building is directly connected to the existing factory building, which was refurbished at the same time. The refurbishment included, amongst other things, the complete electrical system with a transformer, main and sub-distribution boards, LED lighting, compressed air and water supply to the production halls, acoustic improvements, new sanitary facilities, changing rooms, and dining and break rooms.
The new building and the refurbished existing building offer a total of 2150m2 of production space, around 500m2 of storage space and 300m2 of office space. The floor load capacities are 5 tonnes/m2 and 2 tonnes/m2 respectively. The production halls are equipped with overhead cranes with capacities of 7.5 tonnes and 3.2 tonnes.
A photovoltaic system with a capacity of around 300kWp covers an area of approximately 2000m2 on the roof of the new building. This covers 33% of the building’s electricity requirements.
