The ESTECH Group places great value on the protection and security of your personal data.

During collection, processing and use of your personal data, we place great value on protecting your private sphere and observing the privacy protection requirements. For this reason your personal data will be collected, processed and utilised exclusively under observance of all privacy protection regulations.

Collection and use of your personal data

We collect, process and use personal data, whenever and to the extent you voluntarily provide us with such data for concrete data collection and/or use, when legal regulations allow concrete data collection and/or use or when you have previously given us your express permission.

- during visits to the ESTECH Group premises

- when orders or inquiries are received by the ESTECH Group

- during any events, presentations or training sessions held by the ESTECH Group

- when you register on one of the ESTECH Group platforms

- for distribution of newsletters and advertising

- during any drawings or contests

- upon communication with the ESTECH Group via Internet, telephone, mobile devices, apps, WiFi or Internet platforms

- in the event of online job applications

What personal data do we collect?

- First name, last name and position in connection with corresponding company addresses

- Delivery and billing addresses

- Telephone numbers, email addresses

- Information on desired newsletters or other marketing actions in connection with the ESTECH Group

- Photographs and video recordings of visitors at the ESTECH Group premises, ESTECH events or trade fairs

- Other personal data from personal customer contact or job applications

- To provide you with offers from the ESTECH Group, which could be of interest to you

To whom is the personal data given?

Your personal data is collected exclusively within the ESTECH Group.

This data may then be used by the ESTECH Group or our service providers.

Your data may also be passed on to fulfil applicable laws and regulations or to protect our rights.

Data security

We, our service providers and our hosting providers take all technical and organisational security precautions to protect your data against inadvertent or deliberate manipulation, loss, destruction as well as against access by unauthorised persons.

Our data processing and security measures are subject to continuous improvement to keep up with technological developments.

Please observe, however, that we cannot guarantee complete data security particularly for communication via email. Particularly in the case of confidential information, we therefore recommend using surface mail for secure transmission.

How long is data kept?

Your data is kept on record at ESTECH as long as customer contact and/or contractual business relationships continue to exist. However, we delete your personal data as soon as it is no longer required, in any case after 5 years at the latest.

Your rights regarding your personal data

You are entitled to claim your right to privacy at any time and obtain information on personal data stored on you. You can demand adaptation of your personal data. You can also demand that your personal data be deleted.

If an active business contact and/or a contractual business relationship exists, business transactions involving your person, such as inquiries, offers, orders, order confirmations, etc., will no longer be possible, after deleting your personal data. In such cases we request you to designate an alternative contact person.

Changes

From time to time, it may be necessary to adapt the contents of the present privacy policy. We therefore reserve the right to modify it at any time. We will also publish the modified version of this privacy policy here. The next time you visit our web site, you should therefore read through our privacy policy again.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS / WEB ANALYSIS

The following user data is saved in log files upon access to our web site:

  • IP address
  • Date
  • Time
  • Browser request
  • General information transferred on your operating system and browser.

This user data provides the basis for anonymous evaluation, making trends recognisable and thus allowing us to improve the information offered on our site accordingly. This data is not associated with any certain or determinable person either by us or by a third party on our behalf. Personal user profiles are not generated with the aid of this data.

Our web site uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files, saved on your computer, allowing analysis of the use of the web site. The information collected with cookies on your use of the web site is generally transferred by Google to the USA, where it is saved.
